The boys basketball game scheduled for this Friday has been rescheduled for February 15th at Licking. JV will start at 5:00 followed by varsity.

Tonight’s Boys basketball game VS Richland has been rescheduled for January 20th at Laquey. The start time will be 6:00.

Info for the girls basketball game at Versailles on 12/14: · People who have these tickets will still need to pay to enter the game. · Must wear a mask to enter the building and to walk through the building to use restroom or visit concession stand · Once seated and safely distanced, spectators may take down their mask. · The game will be livestreamed on our YouTube channel The girls will have your tickets if you plan to attend! Reminder Curbside meals are available Friday from 9-11am at the Pickup gym doors. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost for anyone under 18.

The semester is coming to an end and its DECISION time. The second semester starts on January 5th and the Laquey School District would like to invite all virtual students back to classroom learning. Cleaning services are enhanced and masks are being worn when social distancing doesn’t take place. The Laquey teachers would love to see all students back in the classroom learning. If you are a virtual student and want to return to school please contact the Student Services Office. NURSE NEWS Reminder – Laquey R-5 has a 24 -hour Fever free, Vomiting free and Diarrhea free policy. A temperature over 100.0 F is considered a fever, your child can return once they have been 24 hours without a fever over 100.0 F and without the use of fever reducing medications being given: examples include Tylenol or Ibuprofen. If your child is sent home from the nurse’s office with a fever over 100.0 F, vomiting, and/or diarrhea your child will need to remain out of school the following day.
