Public Notice
Notice is hereby given that Laquey R-V School District (the “District”) requests Proposals for the analysis and implementation of possible facility improvements. The District desires to select a full service firm who will be available to assist with all aspects of project planning, development, design, project implementation and the long term guarantee of savings. The objectives in issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) are to provide a competitive means in which to select a single qualified provider to implement this project. Request for Proposal documents can be obtained at the District Administration office. The contract shall follow the requirements of the Missouri Legislation.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M.. on December 9, 2021 at the office of the Superintendent, Laquey R-VSchool District, Attn: Anita Studdard, 27600 Hwy AA, PO Box 130, Laquey, MO 65534, (573) 765-3716. Proposals will be in accordance with Missouri Revised Statutes and the Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines.
Upon review of Proposals received in response to this RFP, the District may enter into a contract with the provider that provides the best overall value to the District.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.
