Parent Teacher Conferences will be October 23, 2025. Laquey High School will have a FAFSA night on this night in the Senior Lounge with representatives from OTC for anyone that needs assistance filling it out.

Picture Retakes will be taken Wednesday October 8th, 2026. These pictures will be for any student who did not get their photo taken the first time, or those who would like a retake. In additional all seniors will have their photos taken starting at 1:00 pm in tux/drapes and cap/gowns. There will not be make-ups for this, so PLEASE make sure your senior is here on Wednesday.

Another great week of competition for our fall sport athletes!! -JH Boys Bball picked up 2 wins -JH Girls Bball went 2-1 -Boys Soccer picked up 2 more wins -Volleyball got to compete at Evangel University -XC had multiple PR's & medalist in all age divisions Not to many chances left to catch these Hornets competing at home. Wagner Portrait Group will be at school on WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 8th, to photograph any students who were absent on the initial picture day or any student that needs his/her picture retaken.

If you are having a picture taken as a RETAKE, please make sure your student returns their package in its entirety, including the package insert sheet, to the photographer on retake day.

We are excited to announce the first year for Senior Tux and Drape portraits!

These portraits will make up our graduating class composite photo. Please ensure that your senior is here on Wednesday, October 8 for portraits because there will be no makeup day. Students will receive more information at the Senior Meeting on Friday, October 3. Portraits will be available to order, but ordering is optional. Our GOCAPS students have been having a great year! All 7 students have participated in job shadowing, leadership skill learning in the medical and business fields.

What a week for our fall sports teams!! - Boys Soccer picks up 2 wins - XC (JH & HS) earn multiple PR's - JH Boys Basketball goes 3-0 (A&B) - JH Girls Basketball picks up another win - Volleyball earns their first win of the season 3-1 over Niangua There still time to catch these teams in action this season!! Our High School boys soccer team greeted Elementary and Middle School students at drop-off! The excitement was contagious—what a great way to start the day!

Some of our upperclassmen spent the day at the Career Day at Busch Stadium. We listened to a pre-game panel discussion with executives focusing on careers in sports and media. We followed up with a college fair and then watched the Cardinals host the Cincinnati Reds.

The seniors were busy last week! A giant shoutout to @Riverfront Campground & Canoe for hosting our Senior Cookout on Wednesday. It was a beautiful day for swimming, eating, and hanging out at the river. We ended the week with our ceiling tile painting party for seniors to showcase their personalities in our hallways. We can't wait to see how they turn out!
