
Laquey FFA held its first official chapter meeting. The members started off carving pumpkins. The officers set the agenda complete with opening and closing ceremonies. To conduct their business, the members are learning parliamentary procedures. They voted to hold a Barnwarming and have a float in the Christmas parade.

Last night Laquey FFA attended the Pulaski County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting. President Chris Whitehead provided an update on the schedule for the chapter. The members assisted with parking and clean up after the meeting. The Farm Bureau presented a donation of $450 to the Laquey FFA.








🚒🔥✨ Laquey Elementary had a blast yesterday with a special visit from the Fort Leonard Wood Fire Department! Preschool to 3rd grade were treated to an amazing puppet show that not only entertained but also educated them on crucial fire safety tips. 🏡🚨



The Agriculture classes have been working hard and it sure is looking fabulous out front of the Junior High and High school end of the building. Great job and thank you Mr. Rinck and the ag classes!









Laquey Elementary extends our heartfelt thanks to American Legion Post 331 for their incredible generosity! Their donation has made a significant impact on our school community. Thanks to this kind donation, we've been able to purchase new equipment for our students to enjoy during recess on the soccer field. This means more fun, active playtime and better opportunities for our students to have a blast!

Friday Laquey Hornets hosted Fair Grove in a home soccer match. The Hornets took a 5-3 win that evening.
Additionally, it was a special night as we honored our 4 seniors on the team. Ethan Larson, Donivan Mathis, Matthew Mendoza and Tristan Carriger shared words of wisdom for their peers as well as received gifts and well wishes from their coaches and teammates.
