As part of our Read Across America celebration we had a guessing contest of how many fish in the fishbowl. Mrs. Thier was the closest staff member and Silas Thier was the closest student. The actual number was 1,420.

This is the last week to register for Spring Break program with Hornet Club!

Recently the agriculture program was able to finish the landscaping in front of the high school and middle school. HEN-BOW Properties made a generous donation of rock to cover the beds. Thank you very much!

Read Across America Week

The ag shop has been busy recently building new benches for the baseball field dugouts! They learned a lesson in teamwork carrying them from the shop to the field!





Independence Baptist made a welcomed donation of snacks and drinks to the FFA Chapter. This will be brain food during contest practices and competitions this spring. Thank you!!!

Attention Laquey Elementary Parents! Mark your calendars for our 3rd Quarter Assembly on Wednesday, March 6th. We're excited to see you there! Here are the assembly times: 🕘 Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st grade: 9:00 AM 🕤 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade: 9:30 AM 🕙 5th and 6th grade: 10:00 AM To attend, please make sure to obtain a visitor pass from the office. To streamline the process, we recommend pre-registering . For pre-registration, reach out to Mrs. Jamie in the Elementary Office at 573-765-3716. Mrs. Jamie will need the following information: ✅ Legal First and Last Name ✅ Driver's License state. This precautionary step ensures the safety of all our students. Mrs. Jamie will preprint your badges and hand them to you at the Elementary Gym doors when you arrive on Wednesday.
