🚴♀️🚦 Safety First at Laquey Elementary! 🚦🚶♂️
We had a Bicycle and Pedestrian presentation at Laquey Elementary, and we were lucky to learn valuable lessons about safety on two wheels and on foot! 🚴♂️👟
Our students discovered the importance of:
🔵 Wearing Helmets for Bicycle Safety
🚦 Obeying Traffic Laws
🚶♀️ Being Aware of Pedestrian Crosswalks
👀 Paying Attention to Vehicles
🚸 Crossing Safely at Crosswalks
Some students even got to step into the shoes of a bicyclist or pedestrian during the presentation!
Junior High Basketball tonight @ Laquey against Dixon. Starts at 5:00. Order will be: B Boys, A Girls, and A Boys. Cross Country @ St. James (St. James Golf Course). Starts at 4:00.
On Sunday some of the seniors came and painted ceiling tiles. These tiles will be displayed in the senior hallway to commemorate the class of 2024.

Today's softball game at Climax Springs is canceled because of their field conditions. When the game is rescheduled we will let you know.
Today's JH Basketball against Crocker will be in the following order: 1/2 B Girls, 1/2 B Boys, A Girls, A Boys. Starts at 5:00.
Soccer will also be against Crocker, starting at 4:30, with a Varsity game and 1/2 JV. Games in Laquey.
