As we gear up for the new school year, we want to remind everyone that updated immunization records or immunization exemption letters must be on file before the first day of school.
If you received a letter in June regarding any missing immunizations, please take action and get your child's records up to date as soon as possible.
The Health Department will be here during Open House on August 22nd from 5 PM to 7 PM to provide immunizations for those in need. This is a great opportunity to get everything sorted out before the school year begins!
Thank you for your cooperation.
