Junior High/High School families:
We have made it through our first week and are gearing up to start our 2nd week. We wanted to send some reminders of policies in place so that we are all on the same page and can assist our students in success.
Cell Phones - Our policy states that they are not allowed during the instructional day. This was implemented at the end of the previous school year and a policy that is still in place. That means they are not allowed in pockets, bags, backpacks, etc. Students must either check them into Dr. Fowers at the beginning of the school day or leave them in their vehicles. Additionally, that includes wireless headphones. If students are caught with cell phones, disciplinary action will follow.
Backpacks - Backpacks must be clear or mesh. We must be able to see into them. If your student does not have a mesh or clear backpack, then they must place them in the locker until the end of the school day.
If you have any questions feel free to contact the HS office and we can better clarify our policies so avoid any confusion.
Thank you!
