This student is very good at picking up after herself. She does not leave her stuff on the floor where people will trip over them. When it comes time to do her job (which this month is lights) she makes sure that everyone is safely on the carpet before turning off the lights. In the classroom and in the hallway she uses KAFOOTY. In the classroom she stays in her seat unless called on to leave it.

When the teacher was passing out papers this student said "thank you"! What great manners! "Thank you" for being respectful!

He always hands his work in on time. He takes the time to ask questions when he doesn't understand. He raises his hand to answer questions. He allows those around him to learn by staying quiet while working at his desk. When we learn in groups he allows his partners to also answer questions. Way to show being a learner!
The junior high boys basketball team will play at 5:00 tomorrow and the girls will follow.

This student was being responsible when he got out his library book and quietly looked at it while the rest of the class was talking. He was the only one in the class who was not making a noise. Hooray!!
